XCluster

Use the below form to run the XCluster program.

 

input file name (no spaces between words)

Copy paste or type Vitis Array IDs

Current limit is 20 sequences per query

Save the three result files  query1.cdt, query1.gtr and query1.txt (expression data file) in the same folder.

Use the TreeView program to visualize the resuts.
